Statistics on EHR Use
In 2009, Rhode Island was the first state in the nation to report individual-level measures of health information technology adoption for all licensed physicians. RI REC analyzed survey data from the Rhode Island Department of Public Health’s Health Care Quality Performance (HCQP) Program and compiled a list of the EHR products most often utilized by providers in Rhode Island.
