Review your current workflow to identify processes that would be streamlined and improved using Direct Messaging. Think about how you are going to use Direct in your practice. Will you:
- Send referral information to other practices
- Transmit data for reporting
- Share patient information with Physical Therapists or Behavioral Health Providers

- Select your HISP to set up your Direct accounts and join the Rhode Island Trust Community. Electronically complete and print the RITC Participation Agreement, and return it to the Rhode Island Quality Institute for processing. Be sure to let your HISP know that you are joining the RITC.
