Data-Sharing Partners
CurrentCare is a statewide repository of enrolled patients’ health data from participating hospitals, labs, pharmacies, and medical practices for authorized healthcare providers to use for treating patients. These data include lab test results, medications, and information about physician and hospital visits. The organizations that supply electronic data to CurrentCare are called data-sharing partners.
More than 8.8 milliion data transactions have been processed; of these, 1.7 million have matched with patients in CurrentCare and been added to their records.

Enrollment Partners
Many Rhode Island medical practice sites, community mental health centers, long-term care facilities, and hospitals are actively enrolling patients in CurrentCare. Recently, the Providence Community Health Centers reached an important milestone when the total number of patients enrolled at its 9 sites exceeded 30,000—representing approximately 80 percent of all their patients.
